Simplex Castings Limited (SCL) is an India-based company engaged in manufacturing of Heavy Engineering Castings for all industrial sectors, such as steel plants, power plants (thermal, hydro and wind), railways, mines, cement, chemical, oil, defense, sugar, machine tools, heavy valves and pumps castings, and ship building. SCL has two Units in the state of Chhattisgarh (mineral rich State of India). One unit is situated in Bhilai and the other in Raipur. The Company has two types of plants: Grey Iron Foundry, which produces cast iron castings such as heat resistant, acid resistant, Hi-chrome, wear resistant, Compacted Graphite iron castings, and Steel Foundry, which produces Steel Castings. SCL's product line includes Casting Products, such as sinter car pallet, body truck frame and mill head; fabrication items, such as torpedo ladle car, ingot mould car 160 ton, hammer crusher and continuous caster machine and equipment involved in oil and gas sector.
